What are you doing to keep sessions safe during this time?

We have implemented a very thoughtful and thorough set of policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of safety for our clients during this challenging and unusual time. We have a new office system utilizing contactless intake forms and payment. We are staggering appointment times to ensure there is no overlap between clients. We have temporarily closed our waiting room and are coordinating arrivals for appointments via text message . We are discussing treatment needs ahead of time to limit exposure duration in the treatment room. Masks are being worn by clients and therapists are wearing masks and additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Between each client we are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the treatment rooms, hallway, touch surfaces, and restrooms as well as opening doors and running fans to help with ventilation.

I want to schedule a session at this time, how do I do that?
The studio has reopened but at this time neither Steve nor Anyah will be working. Michael, the owner, will be the only therapist working and his schedule is pretty well full for the coming weeks. As such, and until further notice, we will be unable to accept new clients to the studio. If you are a returning client, you may message Michael to try and schedule a session but please be aware that space is very limited at this time and appointments will only be made as space allows. We do not offer online booking, so returning clients must contact Michael to schedule an appointment.
I am looking to book a last minute appointment, do you have anything available?
At this time we have implemented a lot of new procedures around scheduling sessions which involves some lead time on our end as well as a 24 hour COVID Health Screening and as such we cannot take any bookings less than 48 hours before an appointment.

I am a new client and have a gift card, how do I book an appointment?
The studio has reopened but at this time neither Steve nor Anyah will be working. Michael, the owner, will be the only therapist working and his schedule is pretty well full for the coming weeks. As such, and until further notice, we will be unable to accept new clients to the studio. This includes any gift card clients. If you are in the possession of a studio gift card we do remind you that these cards do not have any expiration date so they will remain valid. We kindly ask that you hold on to any unused gift cards. We apologize for any inconvenience while we transition through this challenging reopening period.
My gift card appears as if it has expired, is this true?
None of our gift cards expire at any time. If your card has a gold sticker on it and our prices have changed by the time you redeem the card, you may be asked to pay the difference between the dollar value of the card and the new studio pricing. Please note: due to the pandemic we are extending the date on those gold stickers through December 31, 2020.
I want to purchase a gift card at this time, how do I do that?
Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, reduced staffing, and the threat of more closures moving into the future, we have made the decision to discontinue the sale of all gift cards until further notice. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may bring.
Will the studio be closing again at any point soon?
Many experts have predicted that we may be heading into one of the heaviest periods of COVID infection over the next 2-4 months and we see cases rising everywhere. This means that there is a very real possibility that during this upcoming period we may be forced to shut down again - either by state mandate or voluntarily. We will be watching the trends and are prepared to make that call if the risk to our clients and staff becomes too great. We will be updating things and notifying clients if any changes occur.
