We have implemented a very thoughtful and thorough set of policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of safety for our clients during this challenging and unusual time. We have a new office system utilizing contactless intake forms and encouraging contactless payment. Masks are being worn by clients and therapists are wearing masks and additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Between each client we are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the treatment rooms, touch surfaces, and restrooms.
We currently have two therapists on staff and are accepting clients by personal contact with the therapist via email or phone. Michael will only be booking regular and returning clients while Steve will be booking regular, returning, and new clients. In the near future Steve will be providing online booking to facilitate ease of scheduling therapy sessions.
Due to regulations by the state which necessitates collection of COVID health screening data, we are only accepting appointments with a 48 hour or greater lead time.
If you are a returning client with a gift card you may contact your therapist directly to schedule an appointment. We are not currently able to accomodate new clients with gift cards. That will be changing in the near future and we will update the website, Facebook, and Google when that service is available.
None of our gift cards expire at any time. If your card has a gold sticker on it and our prices have changed by the time you redeem the card, you may be asked to pay the difference between the dollar value of the card and the new studio pricing. Please note: due to the pandemic we are extending the date on those gold stickers through December 31, 2021.
Due to the COVID pandemic and the limitations in our ability to accomodate our existing clients, we discontinued the sale of all gift cards until further notice. We are sorry for any inconvenience and will update the website, Facebook, and Google when we make gift cards available again.
At this time we are unable to predict whether the studio will close again or not. With the current level of vaccinating and likelihood of herd immunity being reached, the likelihood of another closure seems remote, but this continues to be an ever changing situation. Should another closure be necessary we will post notifications via Facebook, Google, and our website.
