Cancellation and "No-Show" Policy
Many massage appointments are scheduled weeks in advance. We value your business and have reserved this time especially for you. Also, please understand that any appointment that is cancelled last minute is an appointment that could have benefited another client, or, if unfilled, is detrimental to our business.
Because our system sends reminders to our clients for their appointments three days in advance, unless there is an emergency, we request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If notice is not given before 24 hours, you may be charged the full value of your session.
In the event an appointment is made to redeem a gift card and you do not show up or give the required 24 hours advance cancellation notice, you will be considered a no-show and your gift card will be voided.
If you are running late, please call the office within the first 15 minutes of your session so that we know you are coming. If we do not receive a phone call, we will assume that you are a no-show and release the remainder of your time. You will be charged the full value of your missed appointment.
Late arrivals will receive the remaining time in their appointment and will be charged in full.
